　　光伏玻璃產(chǎn)品介紹光伏玻璃是一種通過層壓入太陽電池，能夠利用太陽輻射發(fā)電，并具有相關(guān)電流引出裝置以及電纜的特種玻璃。它有著美觀、透光可控、節(jié)能發(fā)電且它不需燃料，不產(chǎn)生廢氣，無余熱，無廢渣，無噪音污染的優(yōu)點，應(yīng)用非常廣泛，如：太陽能智能窗，太陽能涼亭和光伏玻璃建筑頂棚，以及光伏玻璃幕墻等等。光伏玻璃可分為晶體硅光伏玻璃和薄膜光伏玻璃兩大類，其中幕墻最常用的是晶體硅類，他又分單晶硅和多晶硅兩類。下面介紹的一種光伏玻璃是由玻璃－PVB（EVA）膠膜－太陽電池－PVB（EVA）膠膜－玻璃共5層組成(見下圖)，類似于建筑上常用的夾膠玻璃，具有很好的安全性?？梢酝ㄟ^控制雙面玻璃之間的電池間隙和邊緣空隙，來制成5%～80%透光率的光伏玻璃。中空光伏玻璃是將中空玻璃的外層玻璃替換成雙玻夾膠光伏組件，在生產(chǎn)工藝上比雙玻夾膠光伏組件多一些合成中空的步驟。并無本質(zhì)區(qū)別。由于晶體硅光伏組件在高溫時的發(fā)電效率會下降一些，因此中空光伏組玻璃一般在非高溫地區(qū)使用較多。薄膜光伏玻璃的特點是重量輕、厚度薄、可彎曲、易攜帶，弱光性好，在早晚光線弱的情況下，發(fā)電效果優(yōu)于單晶硅電池，但并沒有傳統(tǒng)硅晶電池轉(zhuǎn)化效率高。
